1. the subject of this film was to show that a girls basketball team from Dallas lost 100-0 and didn't loss any faith at all. the purpose is to show even as much as you lose by at the end of the day its just a game.
2. the film uses shots of practice to show that the girls always do there best to win but dont.
3 The film doesnt use anything else to show the effect of practice and the effect of losing but the interview with the players show that they really dont care that they got blownout so bad because they tried their best and at the end of the day its just a game.

Character:
Lisle's Character is a innocent and care-free child. Lisle is young and never thought see was going to go through the things she went through.
Setting: The Farm
The Farm is a vast are area from the business of the city and are very different then city life.
Back story:
The hospital scene shows how the girls actions on the farm don't reflect to what happens away from it.
Goal:
In the airplane scene we see that her goal is to see her mom in heaven.
Time:
The Diner scene shows time because the girls are discussing something that happens a long time ago.
Relationship:
We see lisle and her sisters relationship grow through flashbacks and dialogue.
Obstacle:
The gate is portrayed as an obstacle because it stops lisle from going in to the cemetery to see her mother.
Mood:
In the scene late in the movie were lisles sister is telling lisle what happened that night shows love and openness.

The Unknown is the dream scene because lisle takes the spaceship in to space and sees her mom.
